What you will do:
As the Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial goals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue cycle processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.   

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall revenue cycle performance. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
• Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, and collections. 
• Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, payer requirements, and governmental guidelines. 
• Stay abreast of changes in healthcare policies and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. 
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing revenue cycle team. 
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. 
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance, IT, and clinical operations, to streamline processes and resolve issues impacting the revenue cycle. 
• Act as a liaison between revenue cycle operations and senior leadership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations. 
• Evaluate and implement revenue cycle technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize existing systems and explore new solutions to meet evolving business needs.
