What you will do:
As the Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial goals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue cycle processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall revenue cycle performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, and collections.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, payer requirements, and governmental guidelines.
- Stay abreast of changes in healthcare policies and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing revenue cycle team.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, IT, and clinical operations, to streamline processes and resolve issues impacting the revenue cycle.
- Act as a liaison between revenue cycle operations and senior leadership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate and implement revenue cycle technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize existing systems and explore new solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in revenue cycle management; In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with industry-standard revenue cycle management software and technologies
