What you will do:
This position is responsible for providing highly skilled diversified and confidential administrative support to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position will also perform clerical office functions such as receiving visitors, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and filing. When needed, this position will also provide administrative/clerical support to other cabinet team members and clinical staff.

Requirements

  • A college degree is required. 
  • Three years of administrative support/receptionist experience in an office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred. 
  • Prior experience in non-profit or healthcare related environment preferred. 
  • Strong computer aptitude including a working knowledge of Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. 
  • Basic budget/bookkeeping skills preferred. 
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
