Physician Assistant – This position is responsible for rendering professional medical services to the patient population of Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. This position augments the Physician's data gathering abilities and assists in reaching decisions and instituting care plans for our patients.

Nurse Practitioner – Team members in this role act as an advanced care practitioner and assist in coordinating all aspects of patient care. They will be responsible for rendering professional medical services to the patient population, and will be accountable for the complete documentation of patient visits in the patient chart and administrative reporting activities assigned by management.
