Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Team members in this nursing position will augment the Physician's data gathering abilities and assists in reaching decisions and instituting care plans for our patients. The position is also accountable for the complete documentation of patient visits in the patient chart as well as administrative reporting activities as assigned by management.

Family Nurse Practitioner – Team members in this role ensure that patient’s medical needs are met at the time of the visit, either by providing the necessary clinical services as an independent practitioner, referring the patient to her/his primary care practitioner as appropriate, or otherwise working with the other members of the clinical staff to assist patients in navigating the range of services available on-site to achieve a positive clinical outcome and a high-quality experience for all patients seen.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant must be well versed in their ability to perform all the following exams: physical exams, ordering appropriate lab tests, and evaluating those tests to ensure quality care of the patient; responsible for electronic medical record entries which reflect the patient's healthcare.
